Crypt of the Necrodancer is a new, rhythmn based dungone crawler coming out on Steam in a little less than two weeks. Apparently, now is the time to bust out those DDR pads, because you can control this game with a keyboard, gamepad, or yes, dance pad.
I have a long and storied history with rhythm games. Most played game of all time? Almost certainly Guitar Hero II, where I attained an almost savant like level of mastery before letting my skills wither away to near beginner levels.
Given that the button mashing dungeon crawler is another favorite genre of mine, I will look to try this one out when it arrives on July 30th.
