What, you don't have saved Google searches on Hermaeus Mora? Recently discovered this video series whilst trolling around the Internet. Obviously, no self respecting "Gamer" or "Nerd" or "Human" goes without playing the Elder Scrolls series. I'm straight outta Daggerfall son.
Well, this is part of a YouTube series explaining the lore of said RPG series. Specifically, this video series details the styles of the Yog-Sothian entity Hermaeus Mora, who presides over a Borgesian mega library and hands out The Book of Sand/The Necronomicon as reward to any adventurer willing to take an arrow in the knee in his name. I spent an awful lot of time in Oblivion completing quests for the various and sundry Daedra. In fact, that was probably my favorite part of that game, in the end. It's a bit of true weirdness that punctuates the occasional silliness of traditional fantasy tropes.
