Vault of Adepts is a new Victorian themed RPG accepting pledges on Kickstarter at this very moment. Although Lovecraft wrote his stories nearly half a century after the height of the Victorian era, I feel like Victorian literature and the relevant milieu are great fits for a game of Call of Cthulhu.
(There's precedent for this you know.) That's why you'll find this website talking about Sherlock Holmes, Steampunk, and the like, because to my mind, Lovecraft is the peanut butter to the chocolate of the Fantastic Victoriana.
This Kickstarter combines the trappings of the Victorian Age with the trappings of ceremonial magicks and Victorian adventure stories. It would hardly seem out of place for you to have the
The Penhew Foundation or perhaps even the Esoteric Order of Dagon in your Vault of Adepts campaign, even if only as window dressing.
I'll be keeping an eye out for this one - besides having a setting I enjoy, it also apparently boasts simple character creation and simple d6 based mechanics (the quicker one can get down to role playing, the better.)
